Buy Coconut Shell Charcoal Briquettes
Our briquettes are made from coconut shell which is another effort of ours in making environmentally efficient products. Our briquettes have revolutionized the charcoal industry. We take pride in the fact that our briquettes are replacing wood charcoal in many industries as it has tremendous advantages over it in every area and it is even more cost effective than wood charcoal. This is a small contribution from us in an effort to “save our Mother Earth”.
Coconut Shell Charcoal Briquettes For Sale
Coconut Shell Charcoal Briquette is the most recent and most green product developed by us. Though it is not a new product to the market, it is a unique and interesting addition to our product portfolio. “Green energy” is our ultimate goal. Our briquettes are made from Coconut Shell charcoal dust, which is otherwise a waste and ends up in landfills . This charcoal dust is carefully processed and made into briquettes using food grade binders. It is energy extracted from waste, hence we call it “Green Energy”.
– Production Of Coconut Shell Charcoal Briquettes
Our briquette is made of all natural materials: coconut shell charcoal and small portion of natural starch as binder. That’s it! No borax, no nitrate, no anthracite. Nada!  Briquetting is a process where coconut shell charcoal powder is compressed under high pressure using mechanical presses method. Mixing with very small portion of starch under this pressure thus binding the material into a briquette. During the compression of the material, temperatures rise sufficiently to make the moisture in the coconut shell charcoal to evaporate. This will produce dry briquette so it will be easy to burn.
There are two methods in making charcoal briquettes:
– Briquetting and then Carbonization
In this method, first the biomass must be ground into the powder form. The biomass is then pressed in briquetting machines. Biomass briquettes is then transported to charcoal kilns for further carbonization process. Due to high temperature during carbonization process, some briquettes could be cracked and damaged. Thus, grading after carbonization is critical step before shipping the finished goods to customers.
– Carbonization and then Briquetting
Raw biomass first is converted to charcoal form by carbonization process. The charcoal is then ground to form the powder. Since the charcoal doesn’t have lignin as natural “glue” for briquetting, we need to mix it with small portion of water and binder such as starch before press it in briquetting machines. Because of high temperature during pressing, the starch will instantly form gelatine and bind the charcoal powder. Further drying process is necessary to reduce moisture contents.
We developed briquettes for many usages such as barbecue and shisha/hookah purposes:
– Advantages of Coconut Shell Charcoal Briquettes:
- Unmatched Quality
- Our briquettes burn longer than ordinary charcoal lumps
- Quality of each briquette is consistent as we manufacture the raw material
- In-house in our own processing plant in the United kingdom and also in Turkey. This is the key to our consistency
- Our briquettes emit no smoke
- The heat is uniform throughout its burning time
- We use 100 percent pure charcoal dust and food grade binders
- We use no chemicals or additives. It is perfectly safe for barbecue
– Packaging
Our packing style and design are of world class. Our bags are designed to hold 5 kg of briquettes which are displayed in the retail outlets and super markets. These bags are ideal for the retail sales. We also make 20 kg laminated poly bag packing, which goes for institutional and hotel sales and whole sale distribution. Export packing is done as per the requirements of the buyer either in neutral 5 kg paper bags or 20 kg poly bags  We can pack as per the requirements of the buyer, placed on wooden/plastic pallets and stuffed into the containers

– Infrastructure
Our infrastructure is set up to produce 40 Metric Tons of Charcoal per day. The finest grades are used for the manufacturing of Briquettes. This has been the strength and edge of our success in briquette manufacturing. Our raw material is uniform in size which makes the shape and edges of our briquette uniform and strong.
We have the best machinery to produce the briquettes. The real challenge in manufacturing of briquettes lies in the drying of the product. We have in place a very innovative and green technology to dry the briquettes. We use UV tents which use no electricity or fuel for producing the required heat to drain out the moisture from briquettes. The binders used in our products are food grade. These binders do not emit smoke or odor. Our lab facilities are the state of the art, to test each and every detail and every batch of the briquettes produced.
– Coconut Shell Charcoal Briquettes Specification:
Each batch of briquettes is tested for various parameters. We ensure the finished briquettes are within the following parameters:
- Moisture: 5% Max
- Ash: 15% Max
- Volatile matter: 17.5%
- Calorific value: 6015 Kcal/kg
- Fixed carbon: 62.5%
- Dry material: 92.9%
- Hydrogen: 2.12%
- Smoke: None

LUMP CHARCOAL FOR SALE
Our charcoal was produced using indirect heat carbonization method, which is known as retort. Basically, dry biomass placed in a steel container and cooked. All the volatile gases are driven off and charcoal remains. These volatile gases were routed back as fuel for the charcoal making fire. Based on our experiences, indirect heat method simply outperforms direct method. The indirect method results in a higher yield of high quality charcoal with less smoke and pollutants, low ash content and larger size.
